Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AnyForge platform — including anyforge.ai, AnyForge Control, and AnyForge Crew (collectively, the “Service”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AnyForge provides a cloud-based control plane for agentic AI that includes:

• AnyForge Control — a governed LLM proxy that sits in front of third-party model providers, capturing per-call cost, latency, routing decisions, portable memory, and a hash-chained audit trail. Optional OPA policy enforcement is available for redaction, budget caps, and allow-lists.
• AnyForge Crew — a governed multi-agent orchestration platform with role-locked agents, human-in-the-loop approval flows, cryptographic audit trails, and token cost management.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@anyforge.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

One user account per person. You may not share login credentials across multiple individuals. Organisations may register multiple named user accounts under a single billing entity.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, or other malicious code
• Circumvent, bypass, or otherwise interfere with security controls, rate limits, or audit mechanisms
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner beyond normal API use
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without express written permission
• Submit personal data of third parties to AI agents without appropriate lawful basis
• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without refund.

The Service routes your instructions to third-party AI model providers. We do not control model outputs and make no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and taking responsibility for any code, content, or decisions produced by agents running on your account.

Do not rely on AI-generated outputs in regulated contexts (legal, medical, financial) without independent professional review.

Your content. You retain all rights to instructions, code, and data you submit to the Service (“Input”). You grant AnyForge a limited licence to process Input solely to provide the Service.

Our platform. All software, interfaces, documentation, and branding are owned by AnyForge and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Outputs. To the extent permitted by applicable AI provider terms, outputs generated by agents on your account belong to you, subject to the limitations in Section 5.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Token usage beyond your plan’s included allowance is billed at the overage rate stated on your plan page. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in a separate order form.

We may change pricing with 30 days’ written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Each party agrees to keep the other’s confidential information — including, for customers, all data processed on the platform — confidential and to use it only for the purposes of these Terms. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYFORGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYFORGE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANYFORGE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnyForge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account from account settings or by emailing legal@anyforge.ai. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-platform notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
